For family law, real estate, business or transactional matters, we recommend that you gather any existing contracts, documents, correspondence, and materials related to your issue. For litigation matters, it is helpful to collect account statements, emails, text messages, business and real estate documents, and any written communications with opposing parties, brokers, or advisors. For estate planning, bringing any prior wills or trust documents, information about your assets, family structure, and beneficiary wishes will make the consultation more productive, but if you do not have everything yet, we can still start the conversation. We have worksheets that we can also provide to get you started!
